Books
- Academic staff can borrow up to 5 books for 30 days, post-graduate students can borrow 5 books for 30 days, graduate students can borrow 3 books for 21 days and administrative staff can borrow 3 books for 21 days.
- A day-based fine of 2,50 TL is applied to late returns of long-term loaned books.
- Users can extend the loan period of books that are due, through the system on line or by visiting the library
- Users can reserve books which are borrowed by other users.

Journals

Reference Collection
Books, theses and standards in the reference collection cannot be borrowed. Users can benefit from these reference materials either inside the library or by photocopying.
Non-Book Materials
• Laptop: Laptops are lent for 3 hours for student ID cards. The laptop is delivered to the user with a charger and a carrying case. It is also delivered in the same way during the return. If there is no order for the laptop, the user is entitled to 1 extension. For disassembled laptops, an e-mail is sent to the user via e-mail address tedu.edu.tr. 15 minutes following the mail time The bookings for the laptop that are not received will be canceled. • Calculator: The calculators are lent for 3 hours for the student ID card. If there is no order for the calculator, the user has the right to extend 1 time. The user is responsible for damage to the device.
• Group Working Room Keys: Room keys, 15 minutes from room reservation time. User must first be borrowed from the D block counter. Although the reservation time is 15 minutes, the reservation of the user who is still not receiving the room key is canceled and the room is transferred to the next user.
