Read and Publish Agreements

Read and Publish agreements, also known as transformative agreements, include a single agreement that includes subscription fees and article processing fees. Details of our library's Read and Publish agreements through ANKOS and EKUAL are given below.

ACM Open

 

 

 

 

Under the agreement with ACM, authors affiliated with ACM member institutions will have the right to publish an unlimited number of articles in ACM-owned content (Journals, Conference Proceedings) without paying an Article Processing Charge (APC).

Cambridge Open

 

 

 

 

 

A Read & Publish agreement has been established for the Cambridge Journals Online database, which is accessible through our library’s electronic resources. Under this agreement, authors affiliated with member institutions will not be required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) for publishing in Hybrid and Gold Open Access journals, and there will be no limitation on the number of articles that can be published.

A Read & Publish agreement has been established for the Oxford Journals Online database, which is accessible through our library’s electronic resources. Under this agreement, authors affiliated with member institutions will not be required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) for publishing in Hybrid journals, and there will be no limitation on the number of articles that can be published.

Under this agreement, authors affiliated with member institutions will not be required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) for publishing in Q1 and Q2 Group Wiley Hybrid and Gold Open Access journals indexed in WOS.

  • University e-mail address must be used.
  • There is an annual AE article publication quota under this agreement.

A Read & Publish agreement has been established for the Springer Nature database, which is accessible through our electronic resources provided by EKUAL. Under this agreement, publications categorized as "Original Article," "Review Article," and "Continuing Education" in Q1 and Q2 Group Springer Nature Hybrid Journals indexed in Web of Science (SCI, SSCI, AHCI) will be eligible for AE support.
